1. Lobster Ravioli Sorrentino   - $120 pp

This exquisite creation where tender  handmade pasta pillows are masterfully filled with fresh and  juicy Atlantic lobster meat. This standout dish is elevated by a bold red pepper cream sauce that adds a perfect hint of heat, making it undeniable a favorite among seafood enthusiasts. Treat yourself to this culinary delight that guarantees to impress. 

2 . Vitello con Prosciutto Manicotti - $110 pp

Experience our classic handmade fresh pasta dish, where finely ground leg of veal  is responsibly  raised in Emilia Romagna and in compliance with animal welfare - this dish combines effortlessly with the bold flavor of prosciutto, all enveloped in a luxurious meaty ragu. This exceptional creation is designed to elevate your dining experience, a powerful blend of flavors that will leave you wanting more. 

3.  Porcini Mushroom Ravioli – $105 pp

Delicate handmade ravioli generously filled a medley of wild porcini  and oyster mushrooms plus the delicate  and nitrite free flavor of  imported Italian ham from the hills of Tuscany and Chianti   Then they are  filled with velvety ricotta.  served in a luscious butter sauce infused with garlic, fresh thyme and a splash of white wine.  Finished with shaved Parmigiana-Reggiano and a drizzle of truffle oil for an indulgent, aromatic experience.

  

4.  Chicken Saltimbocca de Roma - $105 pp

This is the signature dish of  Chef Dedee where translated means, "Jump in your mouth"....you will experience succulent organic breasts of chicken  where the rich flavors of imported prosciutto meets with  the decadence of Asiago cheese, topped with fresh sage, then gently bathed in a robust Marsala wine sauce . This dish promises an unforgettable taste of Italy in every bite.  A true culinary masterpiece!

5.  Chicken  Cacciatore con Pomodoro  - $105  pp

Hailing from the region of Lazio , you will savor the bold flavors of  premium organic chicken thighs, boned and skinless, simmered expertly in imported tomatoes and enhanced with spicy poblano and serrano peppers, white wine and aromatic rosemary, this dish delivers a satisfying hint of heat that truly elevates the experience. Indulge in this culinary triumph that guarantees to impress your taste buds.  

6. Chicken Napoleon - $97 pp

Prepare to elevate your dining experience with our exceptional  dish of organic boneless and skinless chicken, commemorating Napoleons victory in Austria, paired with jumbo wild caught shrimp that speaks for itself. 8.  Gnocchi al Marinara

Get ready to dive into the incredible flavors of  handmade gnocchi  made with ricotta and imported Italian 00 flour.  These tasty morsels are perfectly matched with a deliciously rich marinara sauce!...a true celebration of Old-World cooking, bursting with amazing depth and flavor that will wow your taste buds. The vibrant sauce and tender gnocchi come together in a delightful mix that’s absolutely irresistible! Treat yourself to this fantastic culinary creation that showcases the art of cooking at its finest!

9.  Quattro Formaggi  al Piedmontese

A delicate and traditional recipe from Italy’s Piedmont region, featuring miniature pillows of handmade fresh pasta filled with a rich blend of four imported Italian cheeses. Finished with a bright and zesty marinara sauce for a perfect balance of creamy and tangy flavors.

10  Pumpkin Ravioli in a Burnt Butter Hazelnut Sauce 

Indulge in our exquisite miniature pies crafted from handmade egg pasta, lovingly filled with organic pumpkin. Each pie is enveloped in a luxurious burnt butter sauce and with perfectly toasted hazelnuts. This dish embodies a delightful fusion of flavors and textures, ensuring every bite is a and delicious experience.

11.  Lasagna con Melanzana

Tender slices of organic baby eggplant, gently roasted and  layered with sheets of handmade pasta  oven baked  to perfection in a deeply flavorful  tomato sauce then crowned with a generous layer of imported Parmigiano-Reggiano for a golden, savory finish.

Minimum Fee:  There is a minimum charge of $749.00, for each private event plus a traveling fee of $100 for events within a 15-mile radius of 02571. For locations beyond this limit, an additional fee of $2.00 per mile round trip shall apply.

Private Event  Policy 
Please note that all private events must be paid in full at least 7 days in advance. Due to high demand and the preparation involved in each cooking event, The Italian Diva is unable to provide refunds made within 30 days of  a scheduled event. For cancellations made outside this 30-day window, a 50% refund will be issued. In cases of severe weather, i.e., snow storms, hurricanes whereby travel is unsalfe,  all funds deposited will be credited toward a future date, subject to availability.

SPECIAL NOTE:  The Italian Diva LLC is unable to accommodate gluten or lactose intolerances, and bringing your own ingredients is not permitted. 

 

All participants shall assume full responsibility of the consumption of alcohol and shall release The Italian Diva LLC and employees from all liability.
