Private Event Policy: The Italian Diva offers a hands-on and interactive experience requiring all to participate in the preparation of various courses. Unfortunately, gluten or lactose intolerances cannot be accommodated and bringing your own ingredients is not allowed. As a cooking class, all attendees must prepare the selected menu and no special foods outside of those options are permitted.
Minimum Fee: A minimum charge of $779.00 applies for each private event, along with an automatic travel fee of $100 for events a 15-mile radius of 02571. For locations beyond this distance, an additional fee of $2.00 per mile round will be incurred.
Deposit: A minimum deposit of $500 is required to secure a specific date for private events. Full payment must be made at least 7 days in advance, and due to extensive preparation, The Italian Diva cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the event. For cancellations outside the 30-day window, a 50% refund will be provided. In cases of severe weather, such as snowstorms or hurricanes that make travel unsafe, all deposits will be credited towards a future date, subject to availability.
Group Size: The class shall be no more than 14 attendees and are for adults only - children and pets shall not be present during the class session.
Alcohol: All participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and agree to release The Italian Diva LLC and its employees from any liability.
