About the class
When it comes to the world of pasta, the term "fresh hand made" evokes a sense of authenticity and culinary craftsmanship that is hard to replicate with mass-produced alternatives. Fresh pasta is typically made from simple ingredients using eggs and a simple flour-and-water mixture and is often influenced by the type of pasta being made. In this class and listed here , are the three varieties we will create.
Spinach Pappardelle: This vibrant pasta and its rich green color comes from organic baby spinach, while the dough, mixed with flour, eggs, and salt, is kneaded and rolled into thin sheets and then cut into wide ribbons. We will be pairing this with a lemon butter sauce and topping it with imported Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and garnished with shredded fresh basil.
