About the class
We will begin the class making Sicilian cannoli, a beloved classic of Italian pastry, filled with a rich and creamy ricotta cheese mixture that is both sweet and slightly tangy, providing a delightful contrast to the crisp shell. The filling is enhanced with a touch of powdered sugar, which adds sweetness, then the outer edges are dipped in melted chocolate, and then in crushed pistachios. Truly an iconic dessert.

For our 2nd dessert we will prepare Torta Caprese a chocolate flourless cake which contains 4 eggs for extra richness and void of flour dusted with powdered sugar and served with organic raspberries enhancing its rich chocolate flavor.

Conclude your exquisite dessert experience with a delightful treat: a refreshing and creamy gelato brimming with the rich flavor of pistachios! We craft this gelato using premium pistachio nuts, ground into a fine paste and seamlessly blended into a silky, velvety base.
